How long will it take to receive my flyer/logo samples?
2 business days after payment is accepted.

How can I pay for my flyer/logo design?
Certified checks and money orders are accepted, 50% of payment must be received before work is started.

How will I know if my payment is accepted?
One of our representatives will send you a confirmation via e-mail detailing the package you ordered and the approval of your payment.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the initial flyer/logo design samples?
If you are not satisfied with the initial flyer, we will create a new flyer for you. We will continue to do so until you are satisfied.

If you are not satisfied with the initial logos, we will create 3 new logos for you to chose from. We will continue to do so until you are satisfied.

Who owns the copyright of the logo design?
After you have selected the logo from our logo designing process the logo is all yours! You fully own the copyright and free to register the logo at the register office.

How can I view my flyer/logo design samples?
We will contact you via e-mail to view your project page (this is a page that holds all your information with JuztGrafixs.

How many changes can I have done to my flyer/logo design?
For flyers, we ask that all information is proofed before submitting, we will design not proof read (if you want us to proof read information we can at a extra cost).

For logos, you may have an unlimited amount of changes to a logo. We will keep working on the design until you are 100% satisfied.

How will I receive my final files?
You will receive your final flyer/logo design files via e-mail.

You can also request your logo design to be sent on a CD-ROM. We charge delivery fee of $20 for copying your logo format on a CD-ROM and mail it to you.
